CFMEU backs Labor RET on condition of future assistance for mine workers

The Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union surprisingly backs the Labor Party's 50 per cent renewable energy target on the condition that a Labor government will provide unprecedented assistance for the thousands of workers in the mining industry who may soon lose their jobs.
