Bronwyn's power bills went from $231 to $114 thanks to an energy assistance program

A report assessing the economic impact of a multi-billion-dollar proposal to improve energy efficiency in more than 1 million homes says the program will create thousands of jobs, boost Australia's GDP and improve the quality of life for the country's most financially disadvantaged people.
