Boaties allowed back to River Murray's upper SA reaches for recreational purposes

Restrictions imposed on boat users along the River Murray during the peak of SA's flooding crisis have eased, but remain for some types of vessel, with the premier declaring the step a "first sign" that the emergency is moving towards clean-up and recovery.
