Ben Roberts-Smith seeking to reopen failed defamation case over recording

The war veteran has been awaiting a decision in the appeal for more than a year, after the Federal Court previously found the publisher had proven, to the civil standard, allegations he was involved in four murders in Afghanistan and an allegation of bullying.
