Australian ugg boot maker denied hearing in US Supreme Court against American retail giant

An Australian small business owner taken to court by an American retail giant over selling ugg boots online has lost a bid to have his appeal heard in the Supreme Court of the United States. His lawyer Nick Xenophon says all avenues of appeal have now been exhausted.
