ASX slips, Rio Tinto apologises for radioactive capsule lost in WA

Rio Tinto's iron ore division chief Simon Trott has apologised and says the company is taking the lost radioactive capsule in WA "very seriously", while the Australian share market slips from its nine-month high ahead of a busy week.
