ANZ predicts RBA rate hikes by 2023, while ACCC approves contentious Woolworths deal

ANZ is now forecasting that the Reserve Bank will raise interest rates twice in 2023 taking the cash rate to 0.5 per cent by the end of that year, while the ASX opens slightly higher.
