Andrew Constance rules out cabinet position while defending transport record

The Liberal candidate for Gilmore, Andrew Constance has told the Prime Minister he does not want a portfolio in a potential future Coalition federal government. It comes as Labor accuses Mr Constance of rewriting history over his claims that no Australian company had bid for a billion-dollar state rail contract.
