Europe’s new data protection policy and Australian education providers

The EU’s new data protection law (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR) is now fully enforceable as of 25 May 2018, and education providers and edtech companies with EU partners and/or customers are recommended to seek legal advice, to ensure compliance.
