Peter O'Neill meets with Xi Jinping; signs China's Belt and Road initiative

Chinese President PNG's Prime Minister meet in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing as part of a trip that included the Pacific nation signing on to Beijing's One Belt One Road initiative.
