Nazi-era bunker designed to accommodate 18,000 people during air raids to be converted into luxury hotel

The St Pauli Bunker, built in 300 days in 1942 by forced labour to shelter Hamburg residents from air raids, will feature a 136-room hotel complete with a rooftop garden, bar, cafe and restaurant.
