Fatigued junior doctors resign, concerned about making mistakes, survey reveals

Almost 60 per cent of junior doctors are concerned about making fatigue-related mistakes, an Australian Medical Association survey reveals, with an increasing number believing there will be negative consequences if they report incidents.
