UN chief urges warring sides in Ukraine to adhere to ceasefire

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has urged Ukrainian government forces and Russian-backed rebels to adhere to a ceasefire deal aimed at easing the bloody conflict in the country's east.
