Three-year eligibility rule to be reviewed

LONDON (Reuters) - When Nathan Hughes and Ben Te'o ran out to win their first England caps on Saturday they took the team's Pacific Island import count up to four, with Eddie Jones the latest coach to take full advantage of rugby's eligibility rules.
