Root, Moeen prop up England in Chennai test

CHENNAI (Reuters) - Joe Root struck a cultured 88 and joined forces with Moeen Ali to help England overcome a poor start and reach 182 for three at tea on the opening day of the fifth and final test against India on Friday.
