Mushfiqur 'fine' after taking hit to the head

WELLINGTON (Reuters) - Bangladesh captain Mushfiqur Rahim was taken to hospital on Monday after being hit on the head by a bouncer from New Zealand's Tim Southee but was reported to be doing "fine".
