Mercedes galvanised after Ferrari defeat, says Hamilton

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Mercedes are seeing red after losing out to Ferrari in the season-opener in Australia but the challenge from their resurgent rivals has had a galvanising effect on the champions according to Lewis Hamilton.
