Kohli and Pujara firm for India after openers exit

VISAKHAPATNAM, India (Reuters) - Captain Virat Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara both closed in on their hundreds as they put India in a strong position against England after the early loss of their openers on the first day of the second test on Thursday.
