Khazaei inquest: Hamid's death linked to 'deficient' emergency evacuation policy

Emergency medical evacuation procedures for detainees at the Manus Island detention centre were “ambiguous and deficient” ahead of Hamid Khazaei's death, a coroner’s inquest has heard.
