Filipino rights activist fears going back from Australia

SBS World News Radio: Catholic churches in the Philippines will ring their bells every night for three months to raise alarm over the growing death toll in the country's war on drugs.Filipino human rights campaigner Ellecer Carlos currently in Australia to raise awareness of the killings, now fears returning to his country after threats were made by the President.
