Figure skating - Voronov leads in Japan after Hanyu withdraws

TOKYO (Reuters) - Russia's Sergei Voronov took the lead in a men's grand prix event thrown wide open by the withdrawal of home favourite Yuzuru Hanyu and Canada's Patrick Chan, while Evgenia Medvedeva easily finished top in the women's short programme on Friday.
