FIFA panel imposes one-year ban on Qatari official Al-Mohannadi

ZURICH (Reuters) - FIFA's ethics watchdog has handed a one-year ban to Saoud Al-Mohannadi, a high-ranking Qatari and Asian soccer official, for failing to cooperate as a witness with an investigation, it said on Wednesday.
