Egypt's Elneny ruled out of Nations Cup semi-final

LIBREVILLE (Reuters) - Egypt midfielder Mohamed Elneny is ruled out the African Nations Cup semi-final against Burkina Faso due to a calf injury, coach Hector Cuper said.
