Changing your life to become your sibling's carer

From a young age, Sarah McCarthy knew she would eventually become her sister, Jo's, carer. After their father died a few years ago, she moved from Canberra with her family to take up full time care. She also works full time. "I know that's not the politically correct thing [to say], but it's hard. It's a job. And it's a hard job to do sometimes."
