Australia rest Starc, drop O'Keefe for Bangladesh tour

MELBOURNE (Reuters) - Australia have rested paceman Mitchell Starc and dropped left-arm spinner Steve O'Keefe for the upcoming two-test series in Bangladesh, Cricket Australia said on Friday.
