Lawyers tell High Court Iranian man facing deportation would rather be sent to Gaza than back to Iran

Lawyers for an Iranian man demanding to be released from detention have told the High Court their client would be prepared to be sent to anywhere other than Iran, even war-ravaged Gaza.
