Government will release Biloela family as "circumstances have changed"

Federal Parliament resumes today with the news that the Morrison Government will release the Biloela family after almost two years detention on Christmas Island.
Finance Minister and Government Leader in the Senate, Simon Birmingham, says the Government has been listening carefully to the community after the circumstances changed in the last week, but he does not want to create a situation where people can "subvert" Australia's migration laws.
