Daly River residents 'offended' by restrictive flood payments

Residents of Naiuyu were flown to Darwin during flooding a fortnight ago, but people living outside of the community in the Daly River region say they have been left to fend for themselves with an offer of $500 per person in relief funding — most of which is required to be spent at one shop.
