Billy used to commute under a luggage rack, but Geelong trains are about to get a multi-billion-dollar shake-up

Billy Deikos used to find himself sitting underneath a luggage rack on the often over-crowded train journey from Geelong to Melbourne. But with billions of dollars in Government funding announced to improve the state's busiest regional rail line ahead of an expected population boom, he hopes future commuters may not suffer the same challenges.
