Joyce already wooing New England voters following ousting

Barnaby Joyce, who was declared ineligible to sit in Parliament and now faces a by-election, has already prepared a letter to New England voters apologising for the "uncertainty" they now face, and was seen at the pub showing off his knowledge of the local towns and landmarks.
