Twitter Down? Company Responds as Thousands of Users Report Issues With Accessing Twitter

Twitter was inaccessible to thousands of users on Tuesday, according to a downtime tracking website. Over 33,000 user reports of being unable to access to the service were recorded by Downdetector.com. Meanwhile, Twitter's status page appeared to show that there were no errors with accessing the service on Tuesday.
