Rumoured Google change to cut phone prices

The global smartphone market is dominated by Apple and its iPhones and Samsung’s huge range of phones led by its powerful Galaxy S range, but the company that makes the Android software on the Korean giant’s devices doesn’t hold nearly as much of the market.
