Mexico’s CBDC Won't Release Before 2025, Nation Aims at Financial Inclusion

The Bank of Mexico expects its CBDC could be out in circulation by 2025. The nation is presently working on its national digital currency, aiming at financial inclusion of more of its citizens. Once rolled out, the Mexican CBDC will be an alternative payment option for the nationals.
