iPad mini 2021 Suggested to Have Underpowered A15 Bionic Chip Compared to iPhone 13, No mmWave 5G Support

New iPad mini is suggested to come with a downclocked A15 Bionic chip compared to the iPhone 13 models. The new iPad mini model also appears to have no mmWave 5G connectivity.
