Google Sends 'Spam Emails' With Inbox Ads Despite EU Court Judgement, Privacy Group Says

Google faces a privacy complaint over claims that the company sends 'spam emails' to users' inboxes, without their consent, in breach of a European Union court order. An Austria-based privacy advocacy group has filed a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'informatique et des Libertés, or CNIL, France's data protection authority.
