Woman forced to sleep in wheelchair at night as number of accessible taxis dwindle

Pauline David had to sleep in her wheelchair after an accessible taxi failed to arrive to take her home. She's one of many people with a disability struggling to maintain independence as the number of accessible cabs in NSW declines.
