'This shouldn't have happened': Sinkhole closes roads after water leak floods airport link tunnel

A water leak continues to delay the construction of Perth's $1.8 billion airport tunnel, with a sinkhole causing road closures and the Transport Minister Rita Saffioti saying efforts are continuing to fix the problem.
