'My hands and arms were burning': Pilot describes cockpit fire, thanks rescuers

Tasmania Police Inspector Darren Hopkins says he found a cattle trough to sit in to ease his burns after flames engulfed the cockpit of his light aircraft, forcing him into an emergency landing in a paddock in October.
