Marmalade cake

*Grease and line a small loaf tin.*Preheat the oven to 180°CBlitz the orange rind and sugar, 10secs/sp9. Scrape.
Add the remaining ingredients ( except for the marmalade), 30secs/sp4. Scrape.
Add the marmalade, 10secs/sp3[counterclock]Fold through any lumps by using the spatula (if any).
Transfer to prepared tin and bake 40mins or until cooked when tested.
Cool in the tin for 10mins before cooling on a wire rack and dusting with icing sugar to serve.
