'Don't want to alarm': Territorians told to prep for blackouts over Christmas

Territorians are being urged to prepare for the possibility of rolling blackouts over Christmas, after damaging winds from ex-Tropical Cyclone Fina forced the shutdown of the NT's main gas supply.
