Royals visit Waitangi Treaty Grounds, NZ

Prince Charles and Camilla have become the first royals in 25 years to visit the site where New Zealand's founding document was signed. The future king used the engagement to acknowledge the pain caused by Crown violations of the treaty of Waitangi. Prince Charles was the last royal to visit the treaty grounds when he attended the Waitangi Day commemorations in 1994. The royal couple are in New Zealand on a week-long tour. Image: Getty
