Alphonso Davies becomes Bundesliga's record Canadian appearance-maker

The Bayern defender, 25, made his 171st Bundesliga appearance, surpassing Paul Stalteri's previous record of 170. Stalteri played in 151 games for Werder Bremen and 19 for Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Kevin McKenna, who played for Energie Cottbus and Cologne, is the only other Canadian to have made more than 100 Bundesliga appearances, with 137 to his name.
