BROOKINGS – Scott Holm successfully defended his City Golf Tournament title, closing with a 3-under-par 69 Sunday at Brookings County Club for a 1-under 141 total and a nine-shot victory. He opened with a 2-over 72 on Saturday at Edgebrook.
