Yogi's, known for its breakfast pancakes, burritos and lunch sandwiches, will soon add enchilada platters and brisket tacos to become even more of an all-day cafe. When owner Yogi Florsheim opened his cafe in 1997, it was a bagel cafe and sandwich deli.
